This handmade bow tie has an elastic backing to easily slide onto the pets collar. The elastic backing stretches to fit over a 1 inch collar.
SIZING:
SMALL: approximately 3 inches long
MEDIUM: approximately 4.5 inches
LARGE: approximately 6 inches long
HAIR BOW : this is approx 3 inches with a barrette clip on the back.
