SHIPPING & RETURNS

FOR ANY SHIPPING + RETURN QUESTIONS please email us directly at dapperdexterinfo@gmail.com with your name, order number. We do not monitor texts or instagram dms.
SHIPPING:

What is a PF NUMBER? This means your order is professional printed by one of our partners. Once we order the item - we are assigned a PF number. This means the printing facility has accepted the order and will print it and ship it. Once the item ships, you'll receive a tracking number. Due to covid precautions and social distancing practices the printing facility is at lower employee capacity - printed items are SOMETIMES taking 4+ weeks before being shipped.

STANDARD ORDERS: 

Current turnaround time is 14 business days (M-F). However most orders ship sooner. There are a lot of items currently listed to the shop that are ready to ship. If you need an order rushed - please message us prior to placing an order just to ensure you'll receive it in time.

If you need an order to be shipped to a different country than what is currently available on our site simply send us an email with the shipping address and we will look into shipping cost and let you know. 

DD is not responsible if you gave a wrong shipping address. Please verify your shipping address before processing the payment. If you notice your address is incorrect please contact us by email ASAP to see if we can make the change. Please reference your order number when emailing us.

Once an order has shipped we do NOT stop a package and change it destination.

If an order is returned to us by USPS for the package being undelivered or unable to forward - we do not reship the package for free. There is a $5 (OR MORE) reship fee and a new address will need to be provided by the customer. 

Important (For International & Canadian Orders): We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charges once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or customs delays. 

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We do not cancel or refund mask orders.

Cancellations of orders are only valid on unfulfilled orders within 24 hours of the purchase. If the order has already been fulfilled and shipped before the cancellation email - we are unable to cancel. When canceling please email us at dapperdexterinfo@gmail.com. Please include your name and order number.


Dapper Dexter does not accept returns or exchanges due to all items being made per order.

If there is an issue with your order please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please reference your order number.
