The USPS is at lower capacity for social distancing plans in place. Meaning orders are taking 3-4 days longer to be delivered than normal. And tracking numbers are not updating. This is out of our control. As a small business- once we are assigned a tracking number for the package and it’s handed over to the post office we can only see as much as you can see. This is frustrating for everyone- but it’s only temporary. Please be patient with us AND the essential workers of  the post office. They are working extremely hard to get orders delivered. And we couldn’t run our business without them. We are thankful for your orders and are getting them shipped ASAP. No need to email us for status updates - we are working on orders and will get them shipped ASAP ♥️

What is a PF NUMBER? This means your order is professional printed by one of our partners. Once we order the item - we are assigned a PF number. This means the printing facility has accepted the order and will print it and ship it. Once the item ships, you'll receive a tracking number. Due to covid precautions and social distancing practices the printing facility is at lower employee capacity - printed items are taking 4+ weeks before being shipped.


Current turnaround time is 14 business days (M-F). However most orders ship sooner. There are a lot of items currently listed to the shop that are ready to ship. If you need an order rushed - please message us prior to placing an order just to ensure you'll receive it in time.

If you need an order to be shipped to a different country than what is currently available on our site simply send us an email with the shipping address and we will look into shipping cost and let you know. 

DD is not responsible if you gave a wrong shipping address. Please verify your shipping address before processing the payment. If you notice your address is incorrect please contact us by email ASAP to see if we can make the change. Please reference your order number when emailing us.

Once an order has shipped we do NOT stop a package and change it destination.

If an order is returned to us by USPS for the package being undeliverable or unable to forward - we do not reship the package for free. There is a $5 reship fee and a new address will need to be provided by the customer. 

Important (For International & Canadian Orders): We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charges once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or customs delays.
