SEWING + DONATING FACE MASKS

SEWING + DONATING FACE MASKS

Long post ahead.

I never thought we would be in this situation. That people all over the world would be sewing diy face masks to donate to our medical professionals and essential workers. I was trying to keep covid19 off insta and keep it light + puppy. But, this is important to me. Medical supplies will run out and restocks unfortunately aren’t coming in time. It will come to a “better something than nothing situation- if it hasn’t already.

I spent all day yesterday and all day today making masks to donate to hospitals. I’ve spent hours making my own design for these. They are cotton fabric and double lined. They press against all the right spots and are pleated to help adjust per individual. I’ve really put a lot of work into these.

I’m not making any medical claims to guarantee these will protect you against covid19. I’m just here to put my sewing skills to work this weekend to donate as many masks as I can possible make.

I’ve had a lot of people ask- and it’s honestly kind and appreciated. If you want to donate to material cost and getting these shipped out to those in need you can send

PayPal payments to dapperdexterinfo@gmail.com and

Stay safe and healthy, friends. Please stay home if you can. Donate items if you have the ability to do so.

Thank you to all the essential workers out there keeping us going. We appreciate you!

Here’s a colorful sneak peek of some of them.
